Orders and treatment of acquired information

Completing your order is divided into two steps. First of all customers choose a product or numerous products and add them to the shopping basket. Registered customers must sign in. Unregistered customers must register. Registration is necessary in order to provide us with the information needed for billing and delivery. The second part, after your orders goes through our system you will receive a confirmation of your order from FMX4Ever.com. Method’s of payment provided are Master Card, Visa and PayPal. We do not do COD payments (Cash on delivery) to avoid unsolicited international prank orders. By placing your order, you accept the terms of trade stated by FMX4Ever CVBA and permit FMX4Ever CVBA to process the information given in the order form for company use, order execution and shipment. Registered customers agree that FMX4Ever CVBA will save the acquired information into its customer database.
 

Delivery

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The parcel will be sent and delivered to your given address within 10 working days.
 

Product Consent

All effort has been made to make sure that the product information and specifications on this website is correct. However product information and descriptions are not intended to be binding and are placed only to give a general description of the product. In addition, colors of products are shown to give a presentation of the products appearance. We do not accept any responsibility for any alternation or contrast in color that may be due to your screen settings or difference in browser software.
 

Canceling Orders

You have the right to cancel your order (once accepted by FMX4Ever.com) for any reason, up to the point your order has already been sent. If you cancel your order in this time, your payment will be refunded within 30 days.
 

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with the products that you have ordered, you may return them within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange of goods or provide a refund given that the products are returned in perfect condition with receipts and where applicable in their original packaging with all tags attached. Textiles are only eligible for return if not previously worn. Uncommon use of textiles is not eligible for return. In returning items, contact us at shop@fmx4ever.com and clearly state your reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We advise all customers to use traceable delivery services in returning goods. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Returns are to be sent at your own expense. Refunds will be assigned to the original order and may take up to 30 days to process.
 

Warranty

FMX4Ever CVBA warrants all FMX4Ever products to be free of production defects from the date of purchase for a period of 10 days, when purchased from an authorized FMX4Ever dealer.

Warranty reasons for clothes:

  • Defects in material/ yarn

  • Abrasion/ tears throughout the entire material

  • Discoloration

  • Smudged colors

  • Bad fixation of seams

  • Discontinued seams

  • General defects within the material

  • Errors in fitting (i.e. different length in sleeves etc)

  • Holes within the material


Defected products within warranty will be resolved by an exchange of goods or provided a refund given that the products are returned in perfect condition with receipts and where applicable in their original packaging with all tags attached. Textiles are only eligible for return if not previously worn. Uncommon use of textiles is not eligible for return. In order to claim warranty, contact us at shop@fmx4ever.com and clearly state the product defects with photo-documentation and whether you require a refund or exchange. FMX4Ever CVBA is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of FMX4Ever products.
